Shots taken at each Focal Length

One of the cool things about having a digital camera is that whenever you take a photo, all sorts of useful info is recorded in the image file.

This data is known as Exif data and I extracted it from each image using Drew Noakes’ metadata extraction code and stored it into a database.

From this data I was able to make the following graph which shows how many photos I took at each focal length when using my standard 28-105 lens.

This in future can help me when buying more lens but for now it just looks cool.
