Just want to give a quick plug to Mantis, it’s the system we use for bug tracking at work and it’s one of those cool bits of software which really does make your life easier.
The latest version does RSS too, how cool is that?

i’ve been looking for a php based bug tracking system for a good while. I was going to use bugzilla but its perl and I haven’t got the time to set that up at the moment.
